Happy (not) Turkey Day

Thanksgiving is probably the biggest eating/food day of the year in these United States… countless cooks dread making the turkey lest it be dry, and subject of culinary ridicule for years to come….

Here in the Eating (and Drinking) around the World Kitchens we often go for the non-traditional holiday meal – this year, instead of the usual turkey and dressing and appropriate sides, we cooked spicy Korean back ribs as the main course. Sides consisted of Korean seasoned zucchini, spinach, and of course, rice and kimchee. The ribs turned out better than expected – we’ll share the recipe shortly…
